Ms. Turley will be helping coordinate and performing at this fundraising event, benefiting the Bridging Cultures Through Music program at Bowling Green High School and the Daraja Music Initiative

Through teaching practical musical and communication skills, these organizations work to immerse students from a wide set of cultural backgrounds in the world of music, giving them tools of all sorts, from problem-solving skills to giving them a healthy and rewarding creative outlet. For these ESL (English as Second Language) students, music can give them a an avenue for expression that language cannot always provide for them.

The event will feature musical performances by local musicians, including WKU faculty and WKU College and Pre-College students.

An event ticket grants entrance to the performances, access to silent & live auction items, and unlimited desserts.
